The Challenge
Wholesale jewellery designs are proprietary assets that cannot be publicly displayed. Sending physical gold and diamond samples to every potential customer is expensive and introduces security risk. The client needed a way to showcase products digitally while keeping designs hidden from unauthorized viewers and automating the entire access-request and quotation workflow.
The Solution
We designed and developed a complete B2B platform with a request-based catalogue access workflow: customers submit access requests, admins approve and assign specific catalogues with time-limited or permanent access, and customers browse only their authorized products. Products are showcased with high-resolution images, videos, and interactive 3D models. A built-in quotation engine handles metal type, purity, diamond carat, labour, and additional manufacturing costs.
