The Challenge
Hospitals were relying on disconnected software and manual processes across departments causing patient registration bottlenecks, duplicate records, slow appointment scheduling, paper prescriptions, delayed lab reports, and inconsistent billing. Each department operated in isolation, leading to communication delays, higher operational costs, and a poor patient experience.
The Solution
We developed MedFlow as a centralized healthcare platform that digitizes the complete hospital workflow from patient registration and OPD/IPD management to laboratory workflows, pharmacy, and billing. A shared backend data model ensures every stage of the patient lifecycle automatically updates across departments in real time via WebSockets, while role-based access controls secure data for each staff type.
